40g Protein Yogurt

My favorite breakfast or post-workout snack that keeps me feeling full and satisfies my sweet tooth. So easy to make and delicious!

Makes 1 serving



Ingredients:

  • ⅔ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1-2 Tablespoons honey

  • 1 handful fresh blueberries


Directions:

1. Mix yogurt and protein powder together until thoroughly combined. Sprinkle the honey and blueberries on top. Enjoy!
