Indulge in the sweet and salty goodness of white chocolate pretzel ghosts, perfect for Halloween treats or spooky snacks! These frightfully fun ghosts are crafted with crunchy pretzels, creamy white chocolate, and eyeball sprinkles.
Makes 64 ghosts
Ingredients:
64 mini pretzels
10 oz. white chocolate melting wafers
eyeball sprinkles
Directions:
1. Line a cookie sheet with parchement paper; set aside. Melt white chocolate by microwaving for 30 second intervals, until all the wafers are melted and smooth; stirring after each interval.
2. Dip one pretzel at a time into the chocolate. Using a fork, pick up the pretzel and shake off access chocolate from the bottom hole, so that it looks like an open mouth (I find that picking the pretezel up by the bottom hole makes this easier). Lay the coated pretzel on the prepared cookie sheet and place an eye candy in each of the top pretzel holes. Repeat with remaining pretzels.
3. Allow the chocolate to set. Store in a air-tight container until ready to serve, up to a week. Enjoy! 👻
