Ingredients:
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup salted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
6 slices of bread, cubed
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 8x8 baking dish.
2. Cream the butter, sugar, and salt until soft and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add in the pineapple and bread cubes and toss to combine.
3. Bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown. Sit 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
